Aaron Brow is the founder of Verve Consulting Group. He is a business executive with over 20 years of experience and expertise in the areas of Leadership and Organization Effectiveness consulting. He is known as a customer-focused, forward-thinking problem solver who delivers high-quality solutions that improve business results.

Aaron cares deeply about his clients and knows that each of them is unique and special. He engages his clients in meaningful ways based on their needs. He does this by applying an outcome-focused and action-oriented approach to every situation. Aaron has proven experience in many aspects of business change, such as: business process outsourcing, business transformation, human resources transformation, leadership transitions, new business start-ups, and technology implementations.

Aaron specializes in business planning, organization design, goal alignment, leadership development, team development, organization effectiveness and change management. He has worked with global clients in executive positions in the customer insight, distribution, financial services, retail, utility, and wholesale industries. In addition, Aaron is a certified Executive Coach, speaker on leadership topics and has taught organizational consulting courses in graduate school programs.

Prior to founding Verve Consulting Group, Aaron held the position of Vice President of Organizational Change at a large, global business insurance carrier. Aaron holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources.
